"I would definitely recommend Abbas from AGP. Extremely happy with the service. Turned up promptly and did an excellent and unobtrusive job. He replaced our radiators, reconnected some pipe work and did a power flush. He gave an honest assessment and spoke in laymen's terms which is great, if like me, you have no idea about heating. His work is fantastic and he was flexible to work at times that were convenient for me, which due to my commitments often meant working in the evening. Abbas really takes pride in his work and it shows in his attention to detail and the finished produce. All in all I was really impressed, I will certainly be calling him again for future work. I needed some work done fairly quickly and after an initial assessment of the situation the engineer set about completing the task in an efficient manner - no time wasted. My boiler had been capped and deemed unsafe. The boiler had to be changed from its original location in the children's bedroom to the loft upstairs. "Called Aqua Gas Protocol for a quote and organised a date for him to view the work. The boiler had broken down and we had a major leak on the cylinder. He arrived promptly at the time advised, he had provided us with a text reminder the evening before. We initially got the boiler changed than a few weeks later we had the cylinder changed. The work was done efficiently and up to a high standard that we expected. He had given us a good price, most importantly he was trustworthy and cleaned up his mess constantly to ensure minimal disruption. Will definitely recommend him to my friends and family.
